UV flatbed printer large and secondary ink cartridges
UV flatbed printer cartridges, as the name suggests, are the boxes for UV inks. In the entire ink path, they are divided into large ink cartridges and secondary ink cartridges. The large ink cartridge is used to store and add ink, and the secondary ink cartridge is used to supply ink to the print head.
The standard UV flatbed printer has five large ink cartridges, corresponding to 5 colors, W (white), K (black), C (cyan), M (red), Y (yellow), and high-profile machines can also be equipped with 6 , 7, or even 8. The large ink cartridge is black, which effectively reduces the exposure to sunlight and prevents the ink from reacting. UV ink is added to the large ink cartridge to realize the recycling of the machine. Its stirring device is directly connected to the outside. A separate ink pump will be added to the outside to enable the ink to be recycled. The ink is pumped out to the nozzle through the ink tube.
Secondary ink cartridge
There are 5 secondary ink cartridges on the UV flatbed printer cart, corresponding to 5 colors, K (black), C (cyan), M (red), Y (yellow), and W (white). The benefit of the secondary ink cartridge is that the ink supply from the print head is uniform and stable, so that the ink is not cut off or other problems cause abnormal printing. At the same time, it has a heating function. There is a heating sheet under the secondary ink cartridge and a temperature sensor on it. The device can still be used normally in bad weather.
In actual use, whether the secondary ink cartridge is operating normally directly affects the inkjet printing of the UV flatbed printer. Under normal circumstances, do not open or touch it easily. After a problem occurs, you can contact the after-sales technical staff as soon as possible.
