UV flatbed printer pollution assessment

Whether UV flat printer pollution is serious directly affects whether users buy. In the external environment, the environmental protection requirements, high pollution enterprises shut down, punishment, etc., printing companies need a new type of environmental protection printing equipment to do internal upgrades. As a whole, the UV flatbed printer pollution assessment can be analyzed from four aspects.

UV flatbed printer pollution assessment

        I. Noise pollution

In the printing process, the original type of UV flatbed printer has a decibel of <60 decibels. This not only meets the requirements of residential houses, but also meets the decibels of industrial noise. It avoids the physical hazards such as hearing and vision caused by the operator's long-term exposure to high noise pollution.

       Light pollution

The UV flatbed printer emits light waves through the LED curing lamp during the printing process. If the light wavelength containing ultraviolet rays is stared for time, it will cause eye discomfort and dryness. Therefore, in the design, the position of the lamp is very low, which prevents the high-position light from spreading around, and also requires the operator to wear protective glasses during work. In practice, since the equipment is set to print automatically, no technician is required to stare for a long time.

       Third, odor pollution

This is mainly manifested in UV inks. Although UV inks have a very low pollution compared to traditional printing dyes and passed environmental protection tests, they do not represent a bit of chemical properties. In practice, when the printed pattern is left for 24 hours, the odor can be evaporated. The odor produced during production is also small.

       Fourth, sewage pollution

The piezo inkjet printing system ensures on-demand printing, unlike the traditional printing which generates a large amount of waste materials and waste liquids that need to be discharged. Waste UV ink produced by a UV flatbed printer for one month, which does not exceed 1L, can be directly introduced into the sewer and washed.

It is precisely because of the pollution assessment of these four core aspects that it meets the needs of environmentally friendly printing, UV flatbed printer equipment has been used by the majority of printing companies in recent years.
