UV flatbed printer guide
The guide rails are the guide and support parts for linear movement in the X-axis and Y-axis directions of the UV flatbed printer. The high-quality guide rails provide the machine with excellent motion stability.
This all-steel rail design uses a loop circuit design to reduce the collision of slider steel balls. The use of dual guide rails makes the trolley more stable during movement and improves accuracy. At the same time, during the installation process, the intermediate error is strictly controlled, and the balance between the two guide rails is controlled within 10 wires, so that the car has better stability and lower noise during the movement.
The guide rail itself is also one of the important parts of the UV flatbed printer. After all, the weight of the parts such as the car, the nozzle plate, the led lamp, and the electrostatic rod are all pressed on the guide rail. The quality of the guide rail directly affects the quality of printing. Poor quality guide rails, after the equipment has been running for a period of time, problems such as unevenness and severe wear will cause the printed patterns to fluctuate inconsistently, and the machine's noise will be large.
Under normal circumstances, industrial UV flatbed printers have higher requirements for guide rails due to the fast printing speed and the high travel distance and frequency of the trolley. Generally, dual guide rails or a single 5 cm (or even wider) guide rail can meet the needs.
Daily precautions for the guide rail: Do not touch it with your hands, and regularly apply lubricant to it. If it is not applicable for a long time, cover the surface of the UV flatbed printer with a protective cloth.
