UV flatbed printer motor
The motor is the power source of the X and Y direction movement structure of the UV flatbed printer, and provides a stable movement state for the machine. The minimum required voltage of this motor is 36v, the DC motor with a wattage of 200w is required, and it is equipped with a 200w driver.
The 400w motor architecture is basically similar to the 200w motor. The 400w motor is AC controlled DC. When high-speed motion is required, an AC driver is selected to drive the DC motor. In the process of use, the motor will not stop and report an error due to insufficient voltage and insufficient torque.
When the motor does not need too high speed, a 200w small motor is selected, which has a certain deceleration function in this process. Since the speed of the 200w motor is relatively fast, adding a geared motor can increase the service life of the motor.
Generally, a standard UV flatbed printer is equipped with three motors, which are respectively located at the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis to provide power to support the operation of the device. Under normal conditions, the motor is installed inside the equipment and requires no maintenance. When it is found that there are sudden instabilities and cart shaking in the printing process, it may be that the motor has a problem, and the equipment needs to be stopped for maintenance.
