UV flatbed printer air pump
Air pump: Used to provide the airflow required for the positive and negative pressure of the negative pressure system. The uv flatbed printer with industrial printheads requires a stable air pressure to maintain normal operation due to the printhead characteristics. Therefore, four air pumps will be installed, two of which are negative pressure pumps and two are positive pressure pumps.
The negative pressure pump is always working when the equipment is powered on. It provides a stable and appropriate negative pressure by pumping out air, and the negative pressure has a certain range of values to ensure that the ink in the nozzle will not drip down or suck back; The positive pressure pump only works when the print head is cleaned. By inflating the ink path, a positive pressure is provided to push the ink out of the print head to achieve the function of cleaning the print head.
In the usual printing process of UV flatbed printer, the air pump does not need to be managed. When it is found that the negative pressure value is 0 and it is not displayed, it means that the air pump is broken, and a new one can be updated.
