Easy to ignore nozzle ejection force of UV printer
When referring to UV printer nozzles, they often talk about nozzle speed, accuracy, service life, and price, but ignore the technical indicators such as the print width, ignition frequency, and injection force of the nozzle. Among them, the spray force is easier to ignore, and this also directly affects the range and effect of printing materials.
Nozzle ejection force refers to the distance from the nozzle to the surface of the material. The stronger the spraying force, the higher the height from which the material is printed, the higher the range of compatible materials, and the less difficult it is to scratch the nozzle.
Take the gs508 nozzle as an example:
1.High-precision mode printing
Control the spraying range of the nozzle between 1-2 mm;
2. Production mode printing
Control the spraying range of the nozzle between 3-5 mm
3.Normal mode printing
Control the spray range of the nozzle between 5-8 mm
4.Print in sketch mode
Control the spray range of the nozzle between 8-15 mm
It should be noted that the gs508 printhead supports enhanced voltage regulation, but some printheads cannot. This should be clear when understanding the UV printer nozzles, to avoid using some materials that cannot be printed in practice.
If the ejection force of the nozzle of the UV printer is insufficient, it cannot support printing in the high-speed mode, nor can it achieve printing after raising the distance, which will cause the problem of flying ink. When selecting equipment, try to choose a nozzle that supports gray gradient and strong spraying force.
