UV flatbed printer printing XY direction solution

       When it is found that the pattern printed by the UV flatbed printer has left and right and up and down deviations from the correct position, it means that the xy direction is misaligned, and the printing needs to be suspended immediately. Due to the differences in the structural design and parts of the xy axis, the causes of failure and corresponding solutions are also different.

      1.UV flatbed printer prints X misalignment

      A. The grating strip is worn, the solution: replace the new grating strip;

      B. The decoder is not installed properly. The solution: reinstall the decoder;

      C. The belt is loose in the X direction. The solution: re-tighten the lower X belt;

      D. The optical fiber cable is damaged, the solution: replace the new optical fiber cable;

      E. Picture frame lines do not match, the solution: re-make the picture frame lines;

      F. There is no adjustment for two-way, the solution: calibrate the two-way parameters on the software;

      G. Board failure, solution: Contact the manufacturer and replace with a new board.

      2.UV flatbed printer prints Y dislocation

      A. Y-direction belt is loose. Solution: Tighten Y-direction belt;

      B. The motor transmission belt is loose. Solution: Tighten the motor transmission belt. If it is naturally aging and it takes too long, replace it with a new one;

      C. The software parameters in the Y direction are abnormal. The solution is to restore the initial values of the software parameters in the Y direction.

      D. Software is damaged, solution: reinstall the software;

      E. The optical fiber cable is damaged, the solution: replace the new optical fiber cable;

      F. Synchronous gear gap is large, the solution: adjust and reduce the gap of the synchronous gear;

      G. The gear gap of the transmission optical axis is large. The solution: adjust and reduce the gear gap of the transmission optical axis;

      H. Board failure, solution: Contact the manufacturer and send a new board to replace it.
