       Color principle:

       The color software used is photoprint, Monte Thai, RIP, etc. These three software functions are similar, and they are edited before the pattern is printed.

       Because of the white effect, two functions are realized. One is the embossing effect, which uses white ink to pile up on the surface of the material to form unevenness, and then prints color on the surface. The other is a color pattern printed on a dark material with a white ink underlay.

       Imaging principle:

       The imaging is achieved by the chemical reaction between the photosensitive curing agent in the UV ink and the ultraviolet light emitted by the LED lamp to achieve drying, and it is not a traditional heat baking or natural drying. Because the reaction time is short, the pattern can be cured within 3 seconds, which shortens the production time of the finished product.

       However, because the UV ink itself is matte, the imaged pattern is dark and not bright enough. In view of this situation, a layer of transparent liquid can be applied on the surface of the pattern in the form of uv varnish (varnish) to achieve the highlight effect.
