Introduction to the craft types of tile background wall
Tile UV flatbed printer process generally has five processes:
1, Matte + Plane Symphony:
Matte refers to the matte color of the bottom of the brick, which is non-reflective. Flat illusion means removing the light layer on the surface of the tile, glazing directly on the large machine, and then baking at high temperature to bake the color into the brick to ensure that fade.
2, Matte + Carved Symphony:
Matte refers to the matte color of the bottom of the brick, which is not reflective. After the carved surface is polished, the surface of the tile is first treated with mechanical carving, and then it is manually carved. After finishing, it is directly glazed and baked at high temperature. , Bake the color into the brick to ensure that it does not fade.
3. Bright + Carved Symphony:
Treated on the surface of the bright polished tile. Carving first and then coloring, the steps are the same as the matte bricks. According to the reflection, the bright tiles as the TV background wall will cause great damage to the glasses, especially affect children's vision. As a result, sales are temporarily suspended.
4, Full polished glaze + fine carving:
Full polished glaze combines the characteristics of antique tiles and polished tiles, which is more suitable for home use. On the other hand, full-glazed tiles are better than antique tiles in all aspects, and surface carving is relatively difficult to matte tiles. Generally, multiple carvings are required to achieve good results.
5. Microcrystalline stone + fine carving:
As a noble in ceramic tiles, microcrystalline stone has the advantages that other ceramic tiles cannot replace. It is not contaminated, easy to clean, and has excellent physical and chemical properties. In addition, it has stronger weathering resistance and weatherability than stone materials. Favored by the market, carving is more difficult than full-glaze polishing.
